iPhone 6 Plus does not Boot Fault Repair Case

Trouble Phenomenon:  iPhone 6 Plus does not Boot, Press Switch does not Respond.

Client Description:  The phone was broken and the screen shattered. The screen and the back case were purchased separately and could not be turned on. Disassemble the rear cover and find that the main board is deformed. It is located approximately at the front camera cable and the main chip shield.

Maintenance process:  Connected to the motherboard point triggers no response, the switch has 1.8V power supply. Using a multimeter to measure the resistance of the power supply to the ground, found PP1V8_SDRAM, PP1V2, PP1V2_SDRAM, these three-way power supply short circuit. All the way down, remove the power chip and found that PP1V2 is not short-circuited.

pp1v8_SDRAM is not shorted after U5411_RF is disconnected.

It is not too short to remove CPUPP1V2_SDRAM. This way is to supply power to the CPU and the temporary storage. It may be that the CPU is broken, or it may be that the temporary storage is broken.

Welding the CPU

The CPU is a little leaky copper, coated with green oil to plant the ball, the bad chip is repaired, and the CPU can be turned on without short circuit. After changing the temporary storage, the boot can be displayed. The figure below is to fix the test picture.
