Pair the Wireless headset for the first time:

1.With the headset power off, hold and press the “MFB” until the   headset is in pairing mode, red indicator light and blue indicator light flash alternately.

2.Active the Wireless function on your phone and search Wireless devices

3.Select “GR-A03” for paring, input pairing code”0000”if needed.

Connect Automatically

1.With the headset power off, short press the “MFB” to power on

2.The Ring will search and connect with the last connected device.

How to connect with 2 devices

1.After paired the first mobile phone, please turn off the Wireless function of the first mobile phone.

2.Pair the headset with the second mobile phone.

3.Active the Wireless function of the first mobile phone, manual connection with the first mobile phone.

Received Defective Parts DOA, Dead on Arrival:
             Please refuse  the  package  (from the courier)  if it looks like it has been opened or is visibly damaged,
and contact us to let us know. If you have accepted a damaged package and the products inside are physically
damaged or nonfunctioning please open a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 7 days of receipt on
our website.

             You will need to provide the information listed below in the RMA within that 7 day period after you have
received the package so that we may file a claim with the shipment carrier in a timely manner:

            1: Pictures of the front and back of the shipment box.

            2: Pictures of the front and back of the product that has physical damages.

             Note: Failure to provide information regarding DOA (Dead on Arrival) item within 7 days upon receipt will
cause the RMA to be denied. Pictures of the front and back of the product that has physical damages.
