  Jack Telecom respects customers privacy, and make it a strict policy to protect your personal information. Please   note this privacy policy only applies to the website but not necessarily the offline collection of your information.
 
1 .      Please test our parts before selling or installing, because some of them can’t be exchanged if getting installed, like iPad digitizers.
2 .      Please well packed the products before sending back.
3.       We can’t exchange the break ones, if something cracked when you get them, please send us picture and give us feedback immediately. Otherwise cracked is not cover on warranty.
4.       We can’t exchange the black and white LCD, because everything from us we tested them before shipping, the LCD getting black or white because of incorrect way of installing. if you get the black and white lcd when you testing them before selling or installing, please let us know. Otherwise, black and white screen not cover on warranty.
5.       We can’t exchange the ones without our stamp. So please don’t remove our stamp when you use the parts. if you get any from us without stamp, please let us know too.
6.       We can’t exchange the ones with broken flex. Because the flex is too weak to install many times or install in wrong way.
7.      Buyer afford shipping cost to send back defect parts, we afford shipping cost to send back again.
8.     Warranty is 90 days from the date order to the date return. Parts can not be replaced if they are out of 90 days warranty. 
9.      Please confirm the shipping address and declared value with our seller. Packing list and track number is requested before shipping. Otherwise missing package is not on our responsibility.
